Gamer Bill of Rights
At RPNi, we believe in making sure you're happy with your purchase by delivering games that live up to or surpass your expectations. We spend a lot of extra effort making sure that even the little annoying paper cuts aren't there before we ship a game. Truly, our livelihood rests solely on the shoulders of the consumers investing into our games. While we understand that money isn't everything, we do believe that game companies have a right to protect their intellectual property from unauthorized copying - honestly, we have bills to pay just like everybody else - but this does not mean treating customers as potential criminals. Companies that use root kits, malware, and other "cloaked" background software clearly demonstrate a lack of respect for their customers, and that's why we simply don't behave that way.
That's why we subscribe to the Gamer's Bill of Rights, first posted by Stardock®, also endorsed by Gas Powered Games®, that states ten clear rights that we think our gamers are entitled to. It is a cornerstone of our business, and we hope that you, the customer, see and appreciate our honest and committed efforts toward making your gaming experience the best we can deliver.
